Yes. Consultation, written specification, measurement review and progress communication can be completed remotely through the site, email and WhatsApp.

Do I need to choose a reference product?

No. You may start from your own sketch, description or inspiration images.

How do remote measurements work?

After the deposit, LeeMade provides measurement guidance and reviews the submitted values, images or video context before production.

What happens before production starts?

The customer approves the written specification, quote, payment schedule and estimated timing, then completes the guided measurement review.

Privacy Policy

LeeMade collects information needed to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, create and fulfill custom orders, process payments, arrange shipping, provide support and meet legal obligations.

Information collected

This may include name, email, messaging contact, shipping and billing details, design requests, reference images, measurements, order history, payment status and technical security logs. LeeMade does not store full PayPal credentials, private cryptocurrency keys or payment-card details.

Use and sharing

Information is used only for the stated business purposes and may be shared with hosting, email, payment, shipping and professional service providers where necessary. Payment providers apply their own privacy terms.

Retention and security

Inquiry and order records are retained as reasonably needed for customer service, accounting, disputes and legal obligations. Access is restricted to authorized administration accounts and service providers.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information by replying to a LeeMade inquiry or order email. Some records must be retained where required for transactions or law.

First-party analytics

LeeMade records anonymous page views, referral host, language, device category and active time to improve the site. Raw IP addresses, inquiry form contents and payment details are not stored in analytics. Raw events are retained for 90 days and daily summaries for 13 months. Browser Do Not Track is respected.

LeeMade also counts WhatsApp link clicks by page and anonymous session so inquiry paths can be evaluated. Message contents and WhatsApp account details are not recorded by site analytics. Interaction counts are retained for up to 13 months.
