Custom Order Terms

These terms apply to made-to-order commissions accepted by LeeMade. The written quote and approved specification form part of the agreement.

Quote and specification

A quote is valid until its stated expiry date. Production covers the materials, construction, dimensions and details recorded in the approved quote and subsequent written confirmations.

Deposit and balance

The standard payment schedule is a 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment. The quote may state another schedule. The deposit reserves work and funds material sourcing. Production does not begin until the deposit, specification and measurements are approved.

Changes

Changes requested before cutting may require a revised quote and schedule. Changes after material has been ordered or cutting has begun may be refused or charged separately.

Measurements and fit

The client is responsible for supplying accurate measurements and following the measurement instructions. LeeMade reviews proportions but cannot guarantee results from inaccurate or incomplete data. Any agreed fit tolerance or alteration remedy will be recorded in writing.

No returns or exchanges

Because each garment is made to the approved individual specification, LeeMade does not accept returns, exchanges, size swaps or change-of-mind refunds. Before material ordering or production begins, a cancellation request may be reviewed against costs already incurred. After custom materials are ordered or cutting begins, the production deposit is normally non-refundable except where required by law or where LeeMade cannot perform the order.

After-sales support

Contact LeeMade promptly after delivery with the order number, description and clear photos. A verified manufacturing defect, shipping damage or material departure from the approved specification may be repaired, altered, remade, partially refunded or refunded as appropriate. Normal material variation, wear, misuse, inaccurate customer measurements and change of preference are not manufacturing defects.

Reference designs

Reference imagery communicates general design direction only. The commissioned garment is independently produced and is not sold as an official product of any referenced brand.
