Shipping and import charges

Shipping cost and the delivery basis are stated in the written quote. Delivery estimates begin after production is complete and are not guaranteed by the carrier.

Tracking and address checks

Clients must confirm the recipient name, telephone number and complete address before dispatch. Tracking is supplied when the parcel is accepted by the carrier.

Customs, taxes and duties

Unless a quote explicitly says that duties are included, the recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage and local clearance charges. Refusing a shipment does not automatically cancel a custom order.

Material restrictions

Some leather, fur or exotic materials may require documentation or may not be eligible for a destination. LeeMade may change or decline a material before accepting payment when lawful shipment cannot be confirmed.
